Oscar Rodriguez brings a uniqueness to JD Property Management, Inc. in that he specializes in a niche market of Non-Profit portfolio’s. Oscar not only offers over seven years of real estate experience in conventional property management for profit and non-profit sectors, to JD. He also has been credited to managing over 300 units for the Orange Community Housing Corporation and overseeing the rehabilitation project for the El Toro Marine Base.

Oscar received his Bachelors Degree at California State University Fullerton and is pursuing his CPM designation and broker license.
