Harold Dean Duncan is the Director of Property Management at JD Property Management, Inc., servicing over 1,000 residential and commercial properties in the Southern California area. Dean is also a Court Approved Receiver since 1993 for the LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties.

Dean is a native to Southern California having been raised in Fullerton, and currently resides in both Costa Mesa and Palm Springs where he can enjoy his favorite past time of golf year round.

Dean’s real estate career began in 1975 as an agent selling in excess of $8 million in real estate and exchanges with Loomis Properties. He then shifted his career into property management and where he oversaw three property supervisors, four account supervisors and the maintenance division of JD Property Management, Inc.
