Bonnie Chan joined JD Property Management, Inc. in 2004 and currently manages approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Property types include: retail, office, industrial and commercial common interest development. She has been working in the commercial real estate market since 2001. Bonnie, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), is affiliated with the Orange County Chapter Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and served as Vice President of Membership.

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics (emphasis in Accounting) from University of California at Santa Barbara as well as a California Real Estate License.
