Bonnie Brown is a Vice President of Asset Management for J D Property Management based in Costa Mesa, California.

Her management responsibilities encompass all facets of real estate management, including physical operations, tenant and vendor relations, lease negotiations, budgeting, reporting, tenant improvements and building construction management. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial and office properties totaling over 500,000 square feet located throughout Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. Brown oversees the operation of eight commercial common interest developments.

Prior to joining J D Property Management in 2004, Ms. Brown worked in accounting and finance departments with Triple Net Properties, Westfield Shoppingtowns and Westfield Corporation.

Ms. Brown graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and emphasis in Accounting. She holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license. She has a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Ms. Brown is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and is currently working towards her designation.
