Bonnie Chan joined JD Property Management, Inc. in 2004 and currently manages approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Property types include: retail, office, industrial and commercial common interest development. She has been working in the commercial real estate market since 2001. Bonnie is also affiliated with the Orange County Chapter Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serving as Vice President of Membership.

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics (emphasis in Accounting) from University of California at Santa Barbara. As well as holding a California Real Estate License, she is currently awaiting her CPM designation.
